North Finchley
(with Ruddle Wilkinson Architects/Capita Architecture)

Client:

London Borough of Barnet and Wilcon Homes

Description:

The artsdepot is part of a mixed use development at Tally Ho corner in North Finchley, a landmark scheme consisting of 15 storey residential tower, arts centre, bus station, offices, health + fitness, retail and basement car parking. The arts depot consists of a 400 seat main theatre with flytower, 150 seat studio theatre, arts gallery, bar/cafe and dance studio facilities for Barnet College.

I was involved in the project from mainly at feasibility study and scheme design stage developing the design. Over time the size and layout of the artsdepot was changed due to reduction in available footprint area and cost issues. After a study break I returned to work on the project producing information for construction.
